At No Limits Support (NLS), we are committed to maintaining a workplace and service environment that upholds fairness, integrity, and respect. We encourage our staff, participants, and stakeholders to report any concerns regarding misconduct or unethical behavior without fear of retaliation.
This Speak Up Policy provides a clear process for raising concerns about potential wrongdoing while ensuring confidentiality, protection, and appropriate investigation.
Who Does This Policy Apply To
This policy applies to current and former:

Employees, contractors, and volunteers of NLS

Officers and directors of NLS
-
Suppliers, consultants, and any third-party contractors providing goods or services to NLS

Associates, family members, dependents, or spouses of those listed above
What Can Be Reported
You are encouraged to speak up if you have reasonable grounds to suspect misconduct, including:

Fraud, corruption, or dishonest practices

Unethical behavior, including breaches of NLS policies

Unsafe work practices or risks to participant welfare

Discrimination, harassment, or bullying

Breaches of legal or regulatory requirements
What Cannot Be Reported?
Personal workplace grievances such as interpersonal conflicts, decisions about promotions, transfers, or performance evaluations do not fall under this policy unless they involve serious misconduct or breaches of law.
How To Speak Up
Internal Reporting
You are encouraged to report concerns directly to one of the following Speak Up Officers at NLS:

Director

Administration Officer
If you are not comfortable reporting to the above, you may speak with:

Any member of the Executive Leadership Team

Any NLS Support Worker to advocate for you
External Reporting
If internal reporting is not suitable, you may report concerns to:

An external legal practitioner

Relevant government agencies such as the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
Anonymous Reporting
You may choose to report anonymously. While this may limit our ability to investigate, we will take all reasonable steps to assess and act on your disclosure while maintaining confidentiality.
What Happens After You Speak Up

Your report will be assessed by a Speak Up Officer.

If necessary, an investigation will be conducted fairly and confidentially.

If your identity is known, we will keep you informed about the progress and outcomes where possible.
Protection and Support
NLS strictly prohibits retaliation against individuals who speak up in good faith. You are protected from:

Dismissal or demotion

Harassment, bullying, or discrimination
-
Any other form of detrimental conduct
If you experience retaliation, report it immediately to a Speak Up Officer.
Support Services
If you require support, you can access:

False or Malicious Reports
Reports must be made honestly and in good faith. Knowingly making false or malicious reports may result in disciplinary action.
This policy ensures that all concerns raised are handled appropriately and with care. We encourage everyone at NLS to contribute to a transparent and ethical workplace by speaking up when necessary.
Other Matters
Any breach of this policy will be taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of your employment.
NLS may vary, remove or replace this policy at any time.
