High-complexity work (3:1 support ratio)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  Supporting a participant with high-complexity needs
Working within a structured team environment
Following individualised behavior support plans (BSPs)
Providing personal care, behaviour management & safety support

What You’ll Need:

  NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC
First Aid & CPR Certification
Experience with complex disabilities (highly preferred)
